QUESTIONS
hello@alkalyne.solutions

This is written to be read, not skimmed past. It says what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to make us stop. If anything here is unclear, email us and a person will answer.

01

What we collect

When you send a message or book a call we collect what you type: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, website, and your message. When you become a client we also hold the account details needed to run your services — logins you share with us, and the contacts, conversations and pipeline data that live in your CRM account.

02

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to hold the call you booked, and — if you become a client — to set up and operate the services you've asked for. We do not sell your information, build advertising profiles from it, or add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.

03

Who else sees it

The services we use to run this site and our work: a form-handling provider, a booking calendar, our email, and the platform behind the CRM. Each holds only what it needs to do its job under its own contract with us. We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

04

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and where they came from, so we know what on this site is useful and what isn't. It sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. The booking calendar and the contact form may set cookies of their own when you use them. We don't use any of this to build advertising profiles or to show you ads elsewhere. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

05

Your data, your choices

Ask and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. Clients own their accounts and their data; when you leave, it leaves with you in standard formats. Email hello@alkalyne.solutions — no form to fill in.
